We deliver in Norway only.
Your articles will be carried by Bring, with the option Climate neutral Service Parcel, collection at the post office.
The transit time is 1 to 4 working days depending on the distance.
You will be notified by SMS or email that your parcel is on the way and where it can be picked up. The tracking number/pick up code is also included.
You have 14 days to collect your parcel at the at the post office/post-in-shop. Parcels that are not collected before this deadline will be returned. Posten/Bring will send you a reminder to you after 5-7 days.
Freight & Deliveries
Orders above 1000 kr- are freight free (exept for furnitures).
Orders under 1000 kr- will be charged a shipping fee of 150 kr-.
Furnitures (such as Chairs and Stools) will be invoiced with an additional freight fee of 950 kr.-
It is possible to pick-up your order at our local home office in Asker. Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will have your order ready for you!
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
To complete your return, please fill in the return form included in the package and follow the directions.
We recommend that you send an email to email@example.com.
The product must be returned in good shape and in its original packaging.You are held responsible for damages caused during the return. Be sure that the content is packed, wrapped and strapped in a way that provides optimum protection. There is no prepaid return and you will need to cover the return fees.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refunds may take 1 to 7 working days (money transferred back to your account).
The amount to refund includes the price of the article with its shipment. In case you return only one article out of many (from one same order), only the price of the article purchased will be refunded.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Of course you may have a good reason to be delayed; in this case, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will do our best to help you.Return address
